Return Policy:

In order to keep ALL parrots safe from avian diseases, we are unable to accept returns once they leave our store unless they are received by you in defective condition. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of item to arrange for an exchange or credit. We will gladly compensate you for the return of the defective item.

Orders are typically shipped within 72 business hours unless an item is out of stock. We will contact you immediately in the event an item is out of stock or on back order to give you the opportunity to substitute. Allow an additional 4-8 days for delivery. Please email or call concerning shipping of international orders.
