Cajeput Perch - Medium

We are one of a few retailers offering these new WONDERFUL perches made from the Cajeput tree. They have an outer chewy bark and a very hard wood underneath, which makes these perches fabulous for birds. These trees are native to Australia and New Guinea and are also growing in the Everglades of Florida. Completely bird safe and highly recommended for your parrots not only for the comfort of your their feet but for a delightful chewing experience! A VERY long lasting perch because underneath the soft bark is a very hard wood.

We are very excited about these perches and have been using them for several years in our own parrot's cages. We have noticed signifcant improvement in some of our bird's nail conditioning because the perches are wide enough that the nails gently rub the bark and help keep them trim. We now prefer these over the "grooming" perches because they are much gentler to bird's feet. Try them today!
